Jayson Douglas, originally from Paterson, New Jersey, is a distinguished dancer and choreographer with extensive training from Dance World Academy, Steps on Broadway, Broadway Dance Center, The Ailey School, and Point Park University. He has performed with notable ballet companies including Company C Contemporary Ballet, where he was featured in Twyla Tharp’s “Surfer at the River Styx,” and Sarah Berges Dance in Paris. After dancing with James Sewell Ballet and touring Cannes, Jayson now resides in the Twin Cities as a member of Minnesota Dance Theatre. He also contributes as an instructor and choreographer, having held roles with Ashley Ballet Arts Academy, Midland State Ballet, and Sarah Berges Dance.
Fallon Gannon

Fallon Gannon (She/Her), hailing from Rome, NY, is an accomplished dancer and educator with a rich background in ballet. Her early training was with Stephen and Canan Jackson at John Hayes O’Neill Studio of Dance and Delia Foley at Ballet Arts. She performed with Mohawk Valley Ballet and further honed her skills at Boston Ballet, Central Pennsylvania Youth Ballet, Charlotte Ballet, Orlando Ballet, and Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre School. Fallon earned a BFA in Ballet Performance with Honors from the University of the Arts, where she studied the Forsythe technique and was also certified in Gyrokinesis© Level 1. Her performance credits include BalletFleming, Arch Contemporary Ballet, and Albany Berkshire Ballet’s Nutcracker tours, among other festivals. With over ten years of teaching experience, Fallon has been on faculty at Philadelphia Dance Academy, Creative and Performing Arts High School, and the University of Pennsylvania, and has contributed to RockReach, The Rock School’s educational outreach program. Now based in Central New York, Fallon teaches locally and serves as the Communications Coordinator for Carolina Dance Collaborative. She is set to complete her Master of Science in Arts Administration and Cultural Entrepreneurship from Northeastern University by December 2024.
Charles Haislah

Charles Haislah began his dance studies at age 8 in his hometown of Long Beach, California, where he trained in the Royal Academy of Dance syllabus at Long Beach Ballet Arts Center and received private coaching at the Lichine Ballet Academy under Tania Riabouchinska-Lichine. He continued his scholarship studies at Houston Ballet Academy, School of American Ballet, and Boston Ballet II with Laura Young. Charles completed his full-time training at San Francisco Ballet School in 1991 under Christopher Boatright, performing as a pre-professional student for three seasons. He embarked on a professional ballet career in Europe, dancing with Ballet Am Rhein-Düsseldorf, Bavarian State Ballet, and Vienna State Opera Ballet. Prior to returning to the U.S., Charles served as the Director of Dance and Music at the Danube International School in Vienna, Austria.Now based in Syracuse, NY, Charles is a private classical ballet technique coach and the Director of the DanceLab at CFAC Syracuse.
Jackie Boutilier

Jackie Boutilier began her dance journey at the age of 5 with a weekly ballet class at a local studio. By the age of 9, she joined the Always Dancing! Competition Team, expanding her training to include lyrical, jazz, modern, acrobatics, contemporary, and musical theater. In 2017, she transitioned to Infinity Dance Academy's competition team, where she trained and competed until her graduation in 2020. Throughout her competitive years, Jackie earned numerous awards at regional and national levels, including special judges' recognition for her “Fabulous Feet” and a National Championship in Student Choreography. In her senior year, Jackie was President of the National Honor Society for Dance Arts at Infinity Dance Academy and received an honorable mention for the 2020 NDEO Artistic Merit, Leadership, and Academic Achievement Award—the highest student dance award in the United States. Jackie continued her dance education at St. Lawrence University, where she was Dance Captain of the St. Lawrence University Dance Ensemble and contributed to faculty choreographic research focused on Authentic Movement. Outside of her work at Syracuse City Ballet, Jackie is also a dance instructor at a local studio, where she choreographs routines for competitive and recreational students.
