Jayson Douglas, originally from Paterson, New Jersey, is a distinguished dancer and choreographer with extensive training from Dance World Academy, Steps on Broadway, Broadway Dance Center, The Ailey School, and Point Park University. He has performed with notable ballet companies including Company C Contemporary Ballet, where he was featured in Twyla Tharp’s “Surfer at the River Styx,” and Sarah Berges Dance in Paris. After dancing with James Sewell Ballet and touring Cannes, Jayson now resides in the Twin Cities as a member of Minnesota Dance Theatre. He also contributes as an instructor and choreographer, having held roles with Ashley Ballet Arts Academy, Midland State Ballet, and Sarah Berges Dance.
Fallon Gannon

Fallon Gannon, originally from Rome, NY began her training with Stephen and Canan Jackson at John Hayes O’Neill Studio of Dance and Delia Foley, A.R.A.D., at Ballet Arts. She supplemented her training during the summers at: Boston Ballet, Central Pennsylvania Youth Ballet, Charlotte Ballet, Orlando Ballet and at Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre School’s year-round Pre-Professional Division, directed by Marjorie Grundvig and Dennis Marshall.
Fallon was awarded a Presidential Scholarship to attend University of the Arts, where she graduated with a BFA in Ballet Performance with Honors. During her time at UArts, she studied under renowned faculty and performed in many classical and contemporary works, including studying the Forsythe technique under Douglas Becker. Fallon completed her certification in Gyrokinesis© Level 1 with the guidance of Jennifer Binford Johnson under Master Trainer, Miriam Barbosa.
Fallon has performed with: BalletFleming, originating many roles in Christopher Fleming’s Rock Ballets; Arch Contemporary Ballet, performing at the off-Broadway Davenport Theatre in NYC; Albany Berkshire Ballet’s Nutcracker tours; Dance Del Bello; Wilmington Ballet; and many dance festivals in Philadelphia and New York City.
For over a decade, Fallon has worked as a dance educator in the Philadelphia community, serving on faculty at Philadelphia Dance Academy and as Ballet Mistress at the Creative and Performing Arts High School of Philadelphia. She contributed significantly to RockReach, The Rock School’s educational outreach program in the Philly public schools working as both a Teaching Artist and administratively. Fallon also taught at University of Pennsylvania and guest taught at many schools in the Tri-State area.
Currently based in the CNY region, Fallon teaches locally and serves remotely as the Communications Coordinator for Dance Collaborative. Fallon recently completed her Master of Science in Arts Administration and Cultural Entrepreneurship from Northeastern University in December 2024.
Charles Haislah

Charles Haislah began his dance studies at age 8 in his hometown of Long Beach, California, where he trained in the Royal Academy of Dance syllabus at Long Beach Ballet Arts Center and received private coaching at the Lichine Ballet Academy under Tania Riabouchinska-Lichine. He continued his scholarship studies at Houston Ballet Academy, School of American Ballet, and Boston Ballet II with Laura Young. Charles completed his full-time training at San Francisco Ballet School in 1991 under Christopher Boatright, performing as a pre-professional student for three seasons. He embarked on a professional ballet career in Europe, dancing with Ballet Am Rhein-Düsseldorf, Bavarian State Ballet, and Vienna State Opera Ballet. Prior to returning to the U.S., Charles served as the Director of Dance and Music at the Danube International School in Vienna, Austria.Now based in Syracuse, NY, Charles is a private classical ballet technique coach and the Director of the DanceLab at CFAC Syracuse.
Jackie Boutilier

Jackie Boutilier began her dance journey at the age of 5 with a weekly ballet class at a local studio. By the age of 9, she joined the Always Dancing! Competition Team, expanding her training to include lyrical, jazz, modern, acrobatics, contemporary, and musical theater. In 2017, she transitioned to Infinity Dance Academy's competition team, where she trained and competed until her graduation in 2020. Throughout her competitive years, Jackie earned numerous awards at regional and national levels, including special judges' recognition for her “Fabulous Feet” and a National Championship in Student Choreography. In her senior year, Jackie was President of the National Honor Society for Dance Arts at Infinity Dance Academy and received an honorable mention for the 2020 NDEO Artistic Merit, Leadership, and Academic Achievement Award—the highest student dance award in the United States. Jackie continued her dance education at St. Lawrence University, where she was Dance Captain of the St. Lawrence University Dance Ensemble and contributed to faculty choreographic research focused on Authentic Movement. Outside of her work at Syracuse City Ballet, Jackie is also a dance instructor at a local studio, where she choreographs routines for competitive and recreational students.
